Welcome to Travel & Finance Tips ("we," "us"). travelfinancetips.com and its newsletter, social accounts and digital products are operated by E.V. Tech Solutions LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Everything we publish is general educational information about credit cards, points, travel and personal finance. It is not financial, tax, credit or legal advice, and we are not a bank, lender, broker or licensed advisor. Card terms, fees, bonuses and redemption values are set by the issuers and change often. Always confirm the current details on the issuer's own site before you apply for anything. You're responsible for your own financial decisions.

Some links on the site and in our posts are referral or affiliate links. If you apply through one and are approved, we may earn a reward, at no extra cost to you. That never changes what we recommend, and we say so whenever a post features a card we can earn a referral bonus on.

We sell downloadable spreadsheet templates (Excel and Google Sheets) and bundles. After checkout you get immediate access to your files by download link or email. If a Notion version of a product you bought becomes available, it's free to you as a buyer, delivered to the email you purchased with, but we don't promise that one will be released or when.

The templates are organizational tools. They do the math you give them. They don't know your full financial situation, and they aren't a recommendation to open, keep or cancel any account. Check important numbers yourself.

Checkout is handled by our payment provider, Stripe, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for our products. Stripe processes your payment, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and appears on your statement. Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. We never see or store your full card number.

Because our products are delivered instantly as digital files, sales are final once delivered, with these exceptions: if a file won't open, is corrupted, or is materially different from its description, email help@travelfinancetips.com or use our contact form within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it, send a working copy, or refund you in full. If you were charged twice or by mistake, we'll refund the extra charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe.

When you buy a template, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own finances, and to make copies for your own use and backups. You may not resell, share, give away, sublicense, upload for others to download, or pass off the template (or a lightly modified version) as your own. That includes posting it to marketplaces, template galleries or shared drives. Business or team licenses are available on request. We (or our licensors) own all rights in the site, templates, text, graphics and brand. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

If you subscribe, we'll email you roughly weekly. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your email address.

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape or copy our content in bulk, attempt to disrupt or hack the site, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

The site, content and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep information accurate and current, but offers and rules change and we can't guarantee any figure, bonus, redemption value or outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, E.V. Tech Solutions LLC and its members won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. That includes lost rewards, points, fees, interest, credit-score effects or profits, arising from your use of the site, content or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or US $50 if you bought nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law allows.

If you use our content or products in a way that breaks these terms or the law and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. Before filing anything, please email help@travelfinancetips.com or use our contact form so we can try to fix it informally within 30 days.

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and material changes apply only to purchases made after the update.
